Thanks to the freedom provided by the unique dual-transducer design, the Nexadyne™ 2 features a contoured EQ, greatly reducing the amount of postprocessing needed for a killer kick drum sound. The compact cartridge design allows for a small footprint, making it easy to position the mic optimally, while the discreet black design allows for low-profile visibility. The microphone sports an integrated swivel joint, which is separated from the XLR output, ensuring secure placement without strain on cables. The humbucking nature of the Revonic capsule also helps to eliminate unwanted sounds like stage rumble, making the Nexadyne 2 an ideal choice for professional live performances. The Nexadyne™ 2 includes a zippered bag and a brass 3/8" thread adapter.

Wiring both transducers out-of-phase cancels mechanical vibration. This removes self-noise as a factor that needs to be balanced as part of the acoustic signature of the microphone cartridge. As a result, Shure is free to precisely tune the acoustic network to have incredible polar pattern consistency across the frequency range, while precisely managing frequency response curves.
