The Focusrite Clarett+ OctoPre is an 8-in / 8-out ADAT mic pre that delivers professional audio quality with the original Focusrite Studio Console sound.  Includes all the plugins you need to get started.

All-analogue Air with relay-controlled circuitry is the engineer's secret weapon. It captures transients on drums, makes vocals shine, and ensures a precise, clear recording. When Air is engaged the Clarett+ OctoPre switches impedance to 2.2kΩ and adds two cumulative high shelves, totalling a 4dB boost in the high frequencies, which recreates the sound of the classic Focusrite ISA 110.

Clarett+ OctoPre's eight dedicated channel inserts allow you to easily add analogue equipment to the signal path. Our flexible insert design reduces the need for a patchbay as inserts are switchable - so you spend less time reaching around the rear of the unit. Leave your outboard plugged in and simply press the button to bypass it.

Exceptional D-A conversion ensures that audio quality is preserved when sending audio to analogue compressors, EQs and effects. You can easily process audio in your signature style and benefit from integrating your outboard into your workflow to achieve accurate results.
