The Audio-Technica ATM610a/S - Hypercardioid Dynamic Handheld Microphone With Switch is designed for live sound reinforcement and recording applications. The microphone is especially useful for lead and backing vocals because its hypercardioid polar pattern reduces the pickup of sounds to the sides and rear of the microphone. It utilizes a rare-earth magnet within its dynamic circuit design and provides a frequency response of 40 to 16,000 Hz. An integrated MagnaLock switch allows you to turn the microphone on and off.
Tuned for clear, detailed, extended-range reproduction of lead and backup vocals, the premier Artist Series dynamic vocal mic is equipped with a rare-earth magnet, a tight hypercardioid polar pattern, multi-stage grille design and MagnaLockâ„¢ on/off switch.
